Presentation – Discover the 5 biggest threats to your digital supply chain and how to reduce your risk!

Guest Speaker Presentation via Zoom

Who: James McQuiggan
When: July 15th at 6:30
Title: Discover the 5 biggest threats to your digital supply chain and how to reduce your risk!

Abstract
An organization’s customer data, intellectual property, and financials are the lifeblood of any organization. Maintaining control of that data and access to the infrastructure with its employees is already challenging for an organization. Adding vendors or third-party services can be undaunting and requires asking the right questions and enforcing stringent security policies.

In industries of increased outsourcing, third party support services, cloud computing adoption, and regulatory requirements, how does an organization manage compliance, vendor risk, and ensure a consistent product evaluation life cycle?

Learning Objectives:
Best practices to work with your vendor and third parties to understand their security programs and how they are to be integrated
Why it’s important to understand the source of third-party products
The impact Vendor Questionnaires have on your Security Posture
How a GRC platform can support the vendor questionnaire, and the associated risk management when the vendor cannot meet security requirements
